Including checking of correct operation of the system, detector sensitivity, batteries in the detectors panel and bell.

 

This service also includes labour if there is a fault with the system not caused by human hands. Parts are chargeable.

Battery change

 

 

Batteries need to be changed in detectors and outside sounder every two years under normal operation and the panel battery every 3-5 years.

If you book a maintenance visit with us every year, we will as a thank you for continuing to use our company change all batteries* when they need replacing as part of the service on the maintenance visit.

 

*Bell and panel batteries will be only be changed every 2 and 3 years. If there is excessive use or power cuts batteries replaced inside these periods will be chargeable.

 

 

Service Call

 

 

If you are not in a maintenance agreement with us and you need a call out to resolve and issue the fee is £75 for the first hour and £25 per hour there after.

 

Batteries can be replaced on a service call if you preferred not to have a maintenance agreement. £75 plus £6 per detector and £25 each for the panel and the bell.
